Achieve sales and collection targets within the assigned territory. br>Implement and execute sales and marketing programs to strengthen product positioning and expand market share.
Plan, monitor, and evaluate sales and marketing activities to ensure they meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.
Lead, organize, and supervise Market Development Representatives (MDRs) and field technicians to ensure effective territory coverage and customer engagement.
Maximize profitability by creating demand across the entire product portfolio, with a focus on Biologicals and Premier products.
