Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, , PHP).
- Strong knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, and related protocols.
- Experience with telephony platforms such as Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, Twilio, Plivo, Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.
- Familiarity with cloud communication APIs (e.g., Twilio, Nexmo/Vonage, AWS Connect).
