Job Description:

1. Prepare various output documents related to railway communication systems (transmission, network, CCTV, Public Address, IP-PBX, Master Clock, MMS, UPS, AFC, TRS etc.)

2. Communicate/respond appropriately with the manufacturer's technical assistance and clients

3. Dedicated to training/maintenance of communication systems

4. Project management, such as procurement management and Cost, BOQ, Drawing analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

-Attract, develop and maintain relationships with Telecom operators and Data Center customers in the Philippines

-Present company strategy, solutions and capabilities to existing and potential customers.

-Achievement of sales objectives.

-Initiate marketing activities, facilitate technical workshop

-Collaborate with technical teams and the project team to enhance high-level customer relationships.

-Other supporting activities as requested by the Management.

Requirements:

-3 + years of experience in a sales or client relationship role in the Power or Telecom Market.

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power/Communication/Marketing or related field

-International Business/ Sales background in Telecom (Wireless-BTS & IBS) is a plus.

-With a background in power systems, lithium battery technology and sales is a plus.

-Understand the latest trends and know the market for cable solutions.

-good business sense.

-Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented

-Analytical Skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Evaluate the daily performance indicators under your responsibility, guide agency areas and outlets to identify potential issues, and collaborate with other departments to enhance the achievement of set targets.

1. Revise and enhance standard operating procedures for receiving, dispatching, shipping, and handling problematic items.
2. Refine system monitoring logic by analyzing abnormal data and indicator data in each link.
3. Conduct periodic training sessions for the agency area, utilizing daily monitoring, summarization, and case output to encourage improvement.
4. Establish assessment policies for the modules under your purview.
5. Periodically visit agency area branches to identify issues and compile a comprehensive manual of case studies.
