Role Overview

This is a hybrid role that combines deep market research, lead generation, and deal-closing ability. You will be responsible for extracting and compiling UK company data, identifying tenders and contracts, and converting those opportunities into actual work by engaging with decision-makers.

You wont just hand over leads youll follow through, nurture relationships, and push opportunities over the line. If you know how to find the right opportunities, speak to the right people, and position our services persuasively, this role will give you space to drive real growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and compile UK company data relevant to vehicle repair and accident repair services
• Track and summarise new tenders, frameworks, and contracts via UK government portals (Contracts Finder, Find a Tender) and local council sites
• Build targeted lists of fleet operators, insurers, commercial vehicle users, and body shop partners
• Identify decision-makers (operations, procurement, fleet managers) and verify contact details
• Initiate outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and maintain professional communication
• Qualify leads, set appointments, and present CLiiKK Accident Repairs services
• Support proposal submissions for tenders and ensure deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver weekly progress reports
• Work closely with the founder to refine outreach scripts, pricing approaches, and closing strategy

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years experience in a B2B research, sales support, or business development role
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proven ability to extract, clean, and structure company and contact data
• Familiarity with UK procurement portals (Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, council portals)
• Comfortable engaging with prospects via email, phone, and online meetings
• Strong self-motivation and persistence able to take ownership from research to deal close
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to present data clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, fleet, or vehicle repair sectors (or adjacent industries)
• Prior success generating and closing B2B service contracts
• Understanding of UK procurement frameworks and public-sector buying cycles
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar)

Performance Indicators (First 30-90 Days)

• Deliver weekly pipeline of verified leads and tenders
• Secure first 10-18 qualified meetings with fleet operators, insurers, or commercial clients
• Help submit at least 23 tender responses or contract applications
• Close first paying deal or secure first new account within 30-90 days

What are the Job Responsibilities?

·    Research/Trial design and implementation. Develop and design trials for hogs and poultry farms, including animal breeding, growing, feeding, health and overall management.

·    Data analysis and reporting. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from farm trials and presenting results and recommendations to senior management and farm operations.

·    Product and process improvement. Identify opportunities to develop new products or improve existing.

·    On-farm trial. Conduct and manage on-farm trials, ensuring proper set-up, execution and monitoring of activities.

·    Troubleshooting and collaboration. Work with farm operations and Technical Veterinarians team to identify and resolve farm issues.

·    Technical Support. Provide technical expertise and support to farm operations and management on animal production and health matters.

What are the Qualifications?

·    Must be a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

·    Must have at least 3 years working experience in Livestock farms on Poultry, Hog Farming, or small animals & medications

·    Must have at least 2 years' experience in conducting farm /clinical trials including protocols, monitoring, and reporting

·    With in-depth knowledge of Hogs and poultry medicine, health management, and welfare standards with the ability to recommend and administer vaccines, medications, and other treatments

Job Description
The Research and Development Supervisor ensures that:

• R&D system and process procedures are in place.
• Insights from customers for new products are captured.
• Initial hazard analysis and risk assessment of new products are conducted before product development.
• Experimental design and project timeline are created; milestones and targets are monitored and accomplished.
• Product labels of all new products are compliant to applicable Regulatory and Statutory standards.
• Appropriate packaging materials are developed and approved for use in all new products.
• Specifications and other requirements for new products of Institutional customers are established, reviewed, and communicated to QA, Procurement, and Production.
• Requirements for registration of all new products are prepared accurately.
• Product Costing and margins of new products are computed in coordination with Finance.
• The performance of newly launched products are monitored; troubleshooting of quality and performance concerns are conducted; and appropriate action plans are recommended and implemented.
• Competitive benchmarking reports are available in a timely manner with necessary conclusions and recommendations.
• All reports submitted by the R&D Product Technologist are reviewed, verified, and approved for dissemination to appropriate stakeholders.

Other Tasks

• Mentors and develops Junior R&D Personnel.
• The R&D Supervisor takes a prominent role in the implementation and maintenance of systems such as 5S/GMP, Safety, HACCP, Halal, Food Safety and ISO.
• The R&D Supervisor actively participates in all company programs on quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility and risk management.
• The R&D Supervisor may be assigned to other related tasks as directed by the R&D Manager.

Qualifications
Education:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, or allied courses such as Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with professional license.

Experience

• At least 5 years experience in R&D work.

• Working knowledge of chemistry, physics, mathematics and biology.
