Job Description: The IT Documentation Specialist will create, update, and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes. This will include writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating flow charts, and troubleshooting IT documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will serve as a primary technical resource for updates to the relevant documentation. IT Documentation Specialist Role: Identify the need for, and create documents related to IT systems and processes. Create flow charts and other visuals to improve readability. Review and monitor documentation for accuracy and changes as needed. Respond promptly to requests for updates or new documents. Stay up to date on IT system processes and trends.
