Job Description: The IT Documentation Specialist will create, update, and maintain documentation related to IT systems and processes. This will include writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating flow charts, and troubleshooting IT documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This role will serve as a primary technical resource for updates to the relevant documentation. **Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a content writer or relevant experience
- Has knowledge in using Surfer SEO
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
- Creativity and adaptability
- Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends
- Familiarity with web publications
- Proficiency with computers, especially content management software, social media platforms, MS Office, and SEO keywords, basic understanding of HTML
- Portfolio of published articles
Expertise and training on the following tools when needed will be provided:
- MS Office
- Google Suite
- Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, Google Meet and other meeting platforms required
- SEO industry programs such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or the like
