Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to help resolve their queries. This is a full-time role based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. Whether customers reach out by phone, email or chat, you'll use your problem-solving skills to provide prompt and effective support.
