Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects across IT . The ideal candidate will be skilled in stakeholder management, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination to ensure timely and quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors/partners.
Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., KPIs, status reports).
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates and reporting to senior leadership.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives.
Ensure project documentation is complete, up to date, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) strongly preferred.
Proven experience (5–8+ years) managing projects, preferably in Retail Industry and Banking.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to speak Philippine Local Languages ( Taglog, Bisaya Etc.)
Preferred Skills:
Experience managing technical teams or software development projects.
Understanding of budget control and financial reporting.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage uncertainty.
