  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.

Technical Oversight:

  • Oversee technical aspects of projects, including system integration, software development, infrastructure upgrades, and other IT-related components.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet quality standards and project requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain thorough documentation of project plans, changes, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports to senior management and other stakeholders, including performance metrics and project summaries.

Project Closure:

  • Ensure successful project delivery and acceptance of deliverables by stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate project handover to operational teams and ensure smooth transition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of managing successful IT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing technical and project-related issues.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based or Hybrid with occasional travel required for site visits or vendor meetings.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate project deadlines and team needs.
