**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serves as liaison for the City to private engineers, surveyors, developers, other public agency employees and engineers, and the general public.
- May provide lead direction to clerical and/or technical staff.
- Coordinates with utility companies, and other agencies for project and construction approval.
- Assists in the preparation and review of engineering plans, specifications and legal documents, correspondences, reports and proposals.
- Assists with project construction management and administration.
- Provides technical support to utility operations and maintenance activities.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- Graduate of Civil Engineering
- 2 to 3 years of work experience
- Preferably a resident of Sto. Tomas Batangas or nearby cities.
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Santo Tomas, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Are you passionate about aquaculture industry and you love to work in a hardworking team of dedicated professionals? We are looking for an Animal Care Technician III primarily responsible for the execution of approved protocols for animal studies in a safe, accurate and timely fashion! You will conduct research trials with collecting data that includes animal weighing, feeding, and various types of samplings. You will also be responsible for providing standard animal husbandry and housekeeping duties. Key Accountabilities
Basic building and equipment maintenance and troubling shooting.
Contribute to continuous evaluation and improvement of experimental methodology, daily routines and procedures.
Maintain safe working conditions according to our safety program and meeting animal welfare standards in accordance with animal policies.
Execute predefined protocols and standard operating procedures, like feeding, sample collection, animal observation, disease recognition, euthanizing, carcass disposal and compile accurate data, observations/deviations and trial quality measurement on time and in scope.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Flexible in working in shifting schedule.
Willing to be assigned in different locations.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, adapt and be solution oriented
May require occasional travel (trial activities at other sites, courses, seminars, training or others)
Compelling and authentic communications skills both written and oral in local language and adequate level of English
Proficient computer skills
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
