Position Summary

Job Responsibilities
Technical & Event Operations
- Lead the setup, operation and teardown of technical equipment during onsite activations.
- Serve as on-site team lead, ensuring smooth execution of registration, claiming, and other event services with an understanding of the software portal (e.g., Goorahna).
- Navigate, operate and quickly learn event platforms and tools to support event workflow.
- Perform basic IT/networking setup and troubleshooting (e.g., routers, connectivity).
- Coordinate deployment of manpower and equipment based on event requirements.
- Brief event manpower prior to deployment to ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.
Client Coordination & Communication
- Act as a client-facing representative, coordinating with event managers or clients for instructions, updates and on-site concerns.
- Provide professional support and quick resolution during live events.
- Relay technical and logistical requirements clearly between internal teams and clients.
Maintenance & Asset Management
- Implement and follow a general maintenance schedule for equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and perform or escalate necessary repairs.
- Maintain and file records, manuals, and equipment documentation.
- Monitor inventory and process purchase requests for tools, supplies, and replacements.
Administrative & Logistics
- Handle event-related admin tasks including reimbursements, reports, and inventory tracking.

Portfolio-building & Documentation
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to gather photos, videos, and event documentation.

Travel & Flexibility:
- Willing and able to travel to various event venues (mainly Metro Manila, occasional provincial).
- Open to working on weekdays and weekends, depending on event schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, Engineering or a related technical field preferred
