Field Service Engineers combine engineering principles with medical and biological sciences to design and create equipment, devices, computer systems, and software used in healthcare. Their job is to design instruments, devices, and software used in healthcare; develop new procedures using knowledge from many technical sources; or conduct research needed to solve clinical problems. They frequently work in research and development or quality assurance.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-time delivery, installation of complete and properly functioning equipment to customers and collaborating with other professionals.
- Perform scheduled preventive, corrective adjustments and calibrations to all equipment as requested by customers and other technical service instructed by Immediate superior.
- Respond to calls and assist customers on performing operator level troubleshooting.

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be graduate at least 4 years College Graduate in biomedical engineering, biomedical science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or physics is required.
- Associate's degree in related field with work experience.
- More education, experience, or additional certifications and licenses may be required.
- Careful measurement and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail, a good eye for design.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper installation,
troubleshooting, and maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewers for our
clients. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent aftersales support, ensuring

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs of espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Conduct site visits to confirm technical requirements prior to installation
- Install and calibrate coffee equipment at customer sites
- Conduct bench testing of new machines before release to clients
- Perform in-house repairs of coffee accessories and equipment
- Carry out preventive maintenance visits for customer equipment
- Complete accurate and timely service reports for each job order
- Assist with the delivery, loading, and unloading of equipment as needed Support logistics and technical setup during external events and coffee carts
- Participate in out-of-town service trips as scheduled
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and proper tool-handling standards at all times
- Escalate recurring or complex technical issues to the Technical Aftersales Manager for resolution
Other Tasks:
Performs any other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management.
Covered Shift:
Performs tasks, duties and responsibilities and covered shifts of colleagues in

Job Specification/s:
