About the role:
Monstronauts is seeking a talented VFX and Technical Artist to enhance and streamline our game development pipeline. This role will involve implementing technical art features, creating tools and workflows, and to enhance the efficiency of the art production.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain advanced tools to improve workflow efficiency for artists
- Manage and optimize asset pipelines, ensuring robust asset management and integration processes
- Conduct technical audits and performance profiling to identify and resolve issues, ensuring performance and quality across various platforms

VFX Artist is responsible for creating a wide range of high-quality visual effects aligned with the game's artistic vision and utilizing the technical possibilities of the game engine.
