RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Technical Architect shall be the primary consultant of the group to understand where ground laying optimizations can be introduced within GCash's architectural design and model (App and Infra perspective) in parallel to business-finance transaction projections and utilization forecasts.
- The Technical Architect is expected to drive roll-outs and concessions involving to be developed and in-place optimization strategies on an AGILE approach.
- The incumbent will have direct-to-close working interactions with the cloud platform providers to ensure that provider recommendations are accommodated, reviewed and potentially implemented in order to enforce cloud efficiencies from both an operational and financial standpoint.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Minimum 5 years of Solutions Architect experience covering both monolithic and containerized infrastructure in both AWS and Alibaba Cloud (Required).
● Has a deep understanding of concepts, design and best practices surrounding IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, RaaS and the likes.
● Has a significant exposure of being a project or squad lead by driving migration projects and cloud economics strategy roll-out as part of his/her work experience.
● Has a very good working experience on dealing with IT data and cost-to-serve modeling will be an added advantage.
