Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Front Desk Officer for the technical department.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other

relevant documents for internal and external stakeholders and customers.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for technical personnel attending conferences, training sessions, or other events.
  • Manage and maintain an organized filing system for the department records,

ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with document and records

  • Manage and monitor the inventory stock level of supply for the technical,

ensuring an adequate supply of necessary materials.

  • Assistant to the Manager in controlling the department's budget, monitoring

expenses, and participating in budget planning and tracking.

  • Record department expenses and provide periodic reports to the accounting office

for financial record-keeping and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or High school diploma equivalent of training and experience on related job.
  • 6 months or 1-2 years of experience.
  • Resourceful and it can able to handle pressure.
  • Open for fresh graduates.

  3. Data Download: Regularly download technical data, such as public records, topographic maps, and utility information, from various online databases and websites.

  4. Data Organization: Maintain a structured and well-organized digital filing system for all project data and reports.

  5. Document Assembly & Preparation:

  6. Report Assembly: Assemble comprehensive report appendices, ensuring all components, such as boring logs, laboratory test results, and site photographs, are correctly ordered and formatted.

  7. Layouts: Utilize Bluebeam to create and modify location plans and boring layouts, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and aligned with project specifications.

  8. Document Formatting: Ensure all final reports and documents are professionally formatted and ready for client delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

This role requires a candidate who is highly systematic, learns new software quickly, and has a keen eye for detail. The following skills are essential for success:

  2. Bluebeam: Demonstrated experience with Bluebeam or similar PDF editing/markup software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Pro). Must be proficient in creating, editing, and annotating technical drawings and documents.
