Technology Pre-Sales Lead Engineer responsible for providing technical expertise and solutions during the pre-sales process and eventually to lead and oversee the design and engineering of projects from conceptualization to completion of EV Charger, Solar PV, BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) and related technologies and shall be based in Metro Manila.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate is responsible for the assessment and analysis of customer requirements for solar infrastructure components and facility construction, as documented in pre-sales request forms, and the subsequent design of appropriate solutions.
- The candidate will be required to develop and deliver technical presentations to events, summits and clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and performance of the proposed solutions. Tailor presentations to the audience's technical level including POC (proof of concept) and technical walkthrough of product features to customers.
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering complete, timely, and accurate solar facility BOMs to the sales team, along with necessary technical documentation (diagrams, brochures, design presentations, CAD drawings, etc.). Responsibilities also include quantifying work items based on approved construction drawings, field conditions, and specifications; preparing quantity takeoffs and evaluating cost proposals; and reviewing bid documents and construction specifications to ensure technical compliance.
- The candidate is expected to coordinate the transition between pre-sales specification and implementation engineering once the proposal has been awarded, provide technical direction or support to the implementation team during installation, start-up, testing, system commissioning, or performance monitoring.
- The candidate is expected to establish excellent relationships with customers and principals/partners.

COMPETENCY

What does a Technical Lead do at Hogarth?
The Technical Lead works closely with our ACP and Campaign teams, who can consult on, implement, and manage large-scale DCO/Addressable campaigns across all channels, including display, social, online video, and cTV.
With a sharp focus on data-driven and technology-enabled content, we need an individual with solid experience in delivering highly complex campaigns across a full range of Addressable strategies and with an in-depth understanding of the full Digital Advertising ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
The role will be versatile, diverse, and embrace all areas of Addressable advertising, consisting of:
- Working closely with the Addressable Content Practice, PM, AM, and Media Agency teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns across a full range of Addressable strategies.
- Consultation on strategy, technology, and platforms to achieve desired client and campaign goals.
- Coordinating with all relevant parties, including the ACP team, Media Agencies, and Hogarth's onshore and offshore PM teams.
- Lead and develop the APAC Addressable and Campaign development team.
- Oversight and mentorship of campaign developers across global hubs, ensuring best practices and platform use.
- Define tech best practices and platforms for Addressable campaigns.
- Assessment and POC implementation of third-party advertising platforms across display, social, and video.
- Promote and champion best practices, including the use of Hogarth's Intelligent Content Platform, Production Studio, and WPP Open.
- Onboarding and implementation of new platforms and technologies are required to deliver across all channels of Addressable and Campaign.

We are an exclusive interior design studio with expertise across all design movements for high-end residential and commercial projects. With a focus on innovative design, strong client relationships, and seamless project execution, we are seeking a Marketing & Technology Lead to join our team. This role combines marketing and social media with technology research to help elevate our operations and strengthen our brand presence.
Role Overview
The Marketing & Technology Lead will work closely with the Principal Designer. This is not a traditional marketing role – it requires digital marketing expertise, social media fluency, and the ability to research, vet, and integrate new digital tools (including AI) that support the growth and innovation of a design practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing & Social Media
- Draft, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Research design and lifestyle trends to guide content creation.
- Contribute to newsletters, case studies, and project portfolio updates.
- Software Research & Implementation
- Research and test emerging AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, Notion AI, AI-driven project management and client communication platforms).
- Support onboarding and documentation of new digital workflows.
- Business Development Support
- Research potential partnerships, awards, and industry opportunities.
- Assist with presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Operations & Organization
- Maintain client files, project documents, and digital workflows.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in interior design, architecture, or creative industries preferred but not required.
- Digital marketing experience is essential, particularly with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Comfortable researching and implementing AI and digital tools that improve efficiency and creativity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, resourceful, and highly tech-savvy.
