- Technology Leads handle a team that implements and provides technical support to the enterprise-level solutions for our customers. **Qualifications**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
As Technical Lead in Whispir you will be leading a product engineering team of full-stack developers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Work closely with product managers to design, evaluate, plan and estimate product features
- Provide technical leadership for the engineers in your team on a day to day basis
- Take on challenging and complex coding tasks
- Build a safe and supportive professional environment that embraces diversity and inclusion
- Be an advocate for continuous improvement of best practices
- Ensure that security, data quality, cost-efficiency, stability and performance are always important considerations for our solutions
- Work closely with other technical and product leaders as well as other stakeholders (such as support, sales, finance, etc)

- Work with delivery, product, operations and other teams to plan and track progress

**About You**:

- A thought leader and a great communicator to technical and non-technical audience

- Excellent knowledge of Javascript/Typescript, both on the frontend (React) and backend (Node).
- Extensive experience with AWS and serverless cloud native architecture
- Some experience with Auth0 or other Identity platform services
- Excellent knowledge of software design and architecture
- Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform) and CI/CD (e.g. Buildkite)
- Extensive experience working in product engineering teams
- Experience working with team members located onshore and offshore
- Some knowledge of Java to understand our legacy code is also a bonus

General Tasks

Specific Tasks

Oversees the Business Development team and coordinates team schedules.Conducts regular one-on-one meetings and evaluations to provide feedback and address individual/team challenges.Develops training programs for onboarding new team members and ongoing team development.Makes use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to gather contact information for outbound campaigns.Sets up and tracks email campaigns for both the New Logo and the UK Sales team.Responds to customer emails, if necessary.Establishes goals for the team and ensures they hit them.Tracks key performance metrics (KPIs) for both the team and individual team members.Conducts market research to identify and segment target prospects, build and refine lead lists, and set up and personalize outbound campaigns (email, calls, social media)Runs A/B tests to optimize performance, track key campaign metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness.Updates Salesforce records to help the sales process and maintain data integrity.Maintains Business Development and UK Sales Dashboard and creates reports as needed.Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent leadership skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.Willing to work on the graveyard shift, shifting schedule, and weekends.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
