Job Summary:

As a Team Member at our ice cream store, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your role involves scooping and serving delectable ice cream treats, upholding cleanliness standards, aiding inventory control, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Scoop and serve ice cream, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met.
Welcome and help customers with a smile, suggesting flavors, and answering questions.
Keep the store clean by wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and tidying tables.
Handle money transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register.
Refill supplies like ice cream flavors, toppings, cones, and cups to ensure we never run out.
Follows safety rules and health guidelines to keep the store safe and clean.
Helps receive and organize deliveries, checking dates to ensure everything's fresh.
Works together with your team to serve customers quickly during busy times.

Job Qualifications:
