- Join in role-play, games, and mindfulness activities to foster emotional and social learning.
- Encourage reflection and celebrate small wins along the way.
Make Learning Travel-Ready
- Assist with nature walks, local field trips, and cultural activities.
- Help turn everyday tasks (cooking, exploring, playing) into learning moments.
- Be a flexible, creative teammate in dynamic, real-world environments.
Partner with the Lead Educator & Family

- Communicate observations and insights about the boys' progress.
- Collaborate to adapt lessons for different settings and needs.

- Masters degree is a plus
- Experience working with children in schools, camps, or informal education settings.

- Creativity and resourcefulness in engaging children's curiosity.
- Emotional intelligence, patience, and ability to co-regulate with children.
- Flexibility to adapt across locations, routines, and cultural settings.
- Team spirit—comfortable working under the guidance of a Lead Teacher and alongside a family.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or experiential learning.
- Comfort in nontraditional learning environments.
- Previous travel or cross-cultural experience.
Why This Role is Extraordinary
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll help spark curiosity, support meaningful projects, and make everyday life an adventure in learning. You'll grow as an educator by working alongside an experienced teacher in a unique, global learning environment.
