A day in the life of Tax Specialist
- Execute accurately and in accordance with Market deadlines the agreed Tax activities
- Preparation of all necessary files for Tax filing and other Tax activities
- In accordance with defined Standard Routines, download, analyze, validate, consolidate and report on the defined data
- Ensure efficient and proactive cooperation with different levels of the Retained Organization (Market Tax and Accounting Teams)
- Ensure proper quality and timeliness of activities performed for another site, smooth operations recovery for Business Continuity Planning (BCP) level 1, and support for Supervisors and BCP Coordinator
- Promote, support, actively engage in continuous improvement activities
- Preparation and update of Standard Routines
- Preparation of Tax Support Services Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Priority Index (KPI)
- Ensure compliance with Nestle standards, and adherence to Control Best Practices (CBP)
What will make you successful
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
- At least two years of experience in tax reporting or similar process
- Interest and aptitude for Tax and related activities
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting Operations processes an advantage
