What You Will Do
- Build and implement comprehensive, innovative and cost effecient recruiting activities
- Create and maintain accurate, detailed research and competitive intelligence as it relates to Nasdaq talent needs and sharing the knowledge with the broader teams
- Identify strengths and technical proficiencies that drive success, conduct behavioral interviews using behavioral-based proficiency talent selection methods
- Develop end to end recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and timelines
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical and non-technical positions
- Establish strategic partnerships with managers and department leaders to understand position needs and act as an ongoing candidate relationship manager
- Provide valuable recruiting related advice to influence talent decisions
- Create and implement tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for upcoming searches
- Continually document and expand network of websites, user groups, blogs and other resources where talent can be found to generate names, titles, emails and telephone numbers of possible candidates for open job searches
- Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, relationship building, complex internet / Boolean searches, and existing talent pool database searching
- Assess trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies and use social media for sourcing and other marketing forums to drive traffic to company website
- Select, interview and recommend candidate pools to hiring managers - based on measurable agreed upon service level agreement
- Prepare, negotiate and extend offers to candidates
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
What We Expect
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience , preferably in FinTech or the financial industry
- Excellent knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including but not limited to talent sourcing, assessing, applicant tracking, closing offer processes and relationship management
- Experience conducting proactive sourcing, head hunting, candidate generation, and talent pool management for roles in FinTech or the financial industry
- Ability to launch and sustain talent pipelining programs through collecting key sourcing intelligence, effectively converting passive candidates and using diverse sourcing channels
- Ability to use e-recruitment and web technologies to support Talent Selection such as applicant tracking systems, CRM technologies, social and digital media
- Excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms
- Flexibility to take some meetings outside work hours

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree required
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in the areas of HR Partnering
- Strong HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
- Ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions independently
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior-level stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of accomplishments in a dynamic environment, which is fast paced and customer driven
