Responsibilities

Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support:

  • Maintenance and daily management of finance business applications. General system administration of ERP system and processes
  • Provide front line support for all finance tickets and operational issues for multiple systems like NetSuite, Coupa and Concur
  • Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently via Freshservice/JIRA

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting or equivalent practical experience

  • Basic knowledge of general system configurations in at least one NetSuite, Oracle, Coupa or SAP Concur or Infor (ERP systems) is highly preferred

  • Build and maintain a fuel, transport, and accommodation cost reference database to support tender pricing.
  • Support admin functions with ad-hoc data entry during peak periods.

Successful candidates must have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems admin, or helpdesk roles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams
  • Experience with SimPro, FieldView, Smartsheet, or other project/job-based systems
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with Power BI, basic API field mapping, or automation concepts is a big plus
  • Background in construction, project services, or similar sectors is desirable

  • Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Hybrid
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
