Support & Operations:

  • Provide ongoing support for existing integrations

Collaboration & Documentation:

  • Work closely with the Data Solutions Architect to implement integration strategies

System Integration:

  • Support integrations between NetSuite, ADP, UKG Ready, and other business systems

Must-Have Qualifications

Technical Skills
:

  • 3–5+ years in system integration development, strong SQL and scripting (JavaScript, Python), solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML). Experience with Celigo ) is a plus.

Tools & Platforms
:

  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, cloud-based integration platforms, and monitoring/troubleshooting tools.

Professional Skills
:

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in remote teams. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.

  • Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:

o Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level

o At least ten (10) years' experience in a senior system analyst role, two (2) of which should be working with senior users

o At least ten (10) years' experience in Procurement or Financial-related applications

o At least five (5) years' experience in implementing integrations between systems

o Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation

o Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English

o Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts

o Familiarity with different integration techniques

o Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and utilization in system development projects

o Well-developed knowledge and understanding of relevant business administration, operational policies relevant work program and concepts, procedures and practices

o Proven ability to conduct independent research by analyzing relationships among several parts of a problem or situation; breaking down a complex task into manageable parts in a systematic way, recognizing several likely causes of events, or several consequences of actions and generally anticipate obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps
