MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs structural peer-review of consultant-designed and in-house designed projects.
Takes the lead in the accurate and timely evaluations of bid proposals.
Ensures good quality of Technical Bidding Documents in terms of compliance, value engineering, transparency and accuracy.
Represent the Company at technical meetings, design reviews, and discussions with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Takes the lead in the review and checking of operational concerns through Technical Assessment Request (TAR).
Gathers data for presentation with regards to finished projects and obtain lessons learned and items for improvement.
Ensure the continuous knowledge, skill and work attitude development of the civil-structural design engineers.
Conduct and provide training plans for all civil-structural designers of engineering in the project delivery sections.
Perform other related engineering and management tasks as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY
REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EDUCATION
PRC Licensed Civil Engineer
With MS Degree in Structural Engineering
WORK EXPERIENCE
Must have at least seven (7) years of total working experience,
including five (5) years in a related industry in an equivalent position
and at least four (4) years of experience in supervision or management.
Preferably a member of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP) or a Structural Specialist of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES
Adept to local and international structural codes such as NSCP, NBCP, ACI, AISC and ASCE
Knowledgeable to international codes for environmental concrete structures such as ACI 350 and ACI 350-3 codes

Capable of using computer aided design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit and other BIM software.
