Cloud & On-Premise Infrastructure Leadership
- Strategic Design & Implementation: Lead AWS/Azure infrastructure design and deployment with internal teams and vendors, aligned with business and technical goals
- Active Directory (AD) Management: Optimise AD across locations—manage users, policies, permissions, and implement MFA and conditional access
- Cloud Optimisation: Use cloud-native tools and automation to improve performance and reduce costs without compromising security
- Server Administration: Maintain Windows/Linux servers—patching, updates, tuning, HA/DR readiness for critical systems
- Network Oversight: Configure and monitor Cisco Meraki networks; collaborate with cybersecurity on network hardening

ESSENTIAL – You must be able to show …
- 8+ years in IT systems administration, with at least 3 years in a senior roe managing enterprise-level Windows and Linux environments at scale (500+ end points)
- Direct experience of managing Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra – including PowerShell scripting
- Cloud administration in an AWS environment (as well as Google Cloud or Azure)
- Building / Managing of Linux instances (preferably CentOS or RedHat)
- Strong analysis skills – Proven ability to identify root causes, implement fixes, and lead improvements to boost system reliability and security
- Vendor Management – Track record of working with vendors to meet SLAs, negotiate contracts, and align solutions with business needs.
