The Logistics Support is responsible in scheduling of hauling to clients and transport requirements.
To receive hauling requests from clients, Technical Sales Officers and third party haulers.
To gather all the needed information in hauling of wastes such as waste code, quantity, address, contact person, backloads, if any and record all requests in delivery spreadsheets or NAV system.
To document confirmation of all hauling request through e-mail.
To create backload request form and endorse it to Production for preparation.
To inspect the prepared backloads based on client requirements such as its completeness, its description and quality of containers (leak free, no labels, and decontaminated, if possible).
To prepare the delivery documents for every client such as the following but not limited to:
• PEZA Certification and load deliveries report
• Permit to Transport (PTT)
• Letter of Authority (LOA)
• Equipment/Vehicle Safety Checklist & Document Checklist
• Driver's Time Record
• Manifest
• Safety Checklist
• Delivery Report (if any)
• Return copy (if any)
To inform the transporter their scheduled hauling on a daily basis through e-mail and SMS and confirm acceptance.
To monitor and ensure that transporter arrived at clients vicinity and arrived at AWSI facility.
To account return of all delivery documents and ensure that all documents are signed by generators, transporters and received by government entities.
To file systematically all delivery records for easy retrieval and document it.
To monitor and control backloads per client based on client rule book.
To create and submit incident reports if there are failures in hauling.
To conduct safety inspection of all our trucks and submit findings on a weekly basis.
To inform the transporters any non-conformance during hauling at clients' site, loading of backloads and unloading of wastes at AWSI facility.
To coordinate with the Technical Sales Officer (TSO) and transporters processing, release and issuance of all gate pass and stickers needed to comply before hauling at every client.
To ensure that all trucks comply with government regulations and keep records of yearly renewal of truck registration, quarterly emission testing, and DENR certification for drivers and delivery helpers.
To coordinate with the Technical Sales Officer, create report updates to maintain at all times accurate Client Rule Book entries as to the entry requirements at clients' site like induction of drivers and delivery helpers, forklift training certification, medical certification of drivers and delivery helpers, and driving tests and examination.
To monitor and report the hauling and transport activities of each truck on a daily basis.
To be available for communication 24/7 or if there are schedules for hauling.
To create, generate and submit on time weekly and monthly Logistics report as follows, but not limited to:
• Hauling request Vs. Served request
• Ratio of Request from Client & TSO
• Completed dispatch per Hauler
• Truck Utilization
• Receive hauling (Own Trucker & 3rd Party)
• PEZA Monitoring Report
• Backload Monitoring Report
• In-house labeling Report
• Number of Incident Report Created and Corrective Action Taken
• Number of trucks inspected
