- Must have good problem solving, decision making & analytical skills.
- Manages team performance.
- Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.

Qualifications
RPA qualifications:
- Bachelor university degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
- Must have atleast 3 years of IT experience and having good understanding of programming concepts.
- Must have programming background on any coding language (preferably .Net)
- Must have 1 year experience on RPA tools (Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere/ UIPath)
Project Manager qualifications:
- Must be a College graduate.
- Must have at least 5 years end-to-end Project Management experience.
IT roles qualifications:
- (Team Lead) - Must have at least 5 years IT/Helpdesk experience, with 2 years supervisory role experience.
- (Team Manager) - Must have at least 8 years experience in IT in a BPO setting with 3 years managerial role.
