Qualifications:
Education: A degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Food Technology, or any Business-related course.
Experience: At least five (5) years experience in supply planning, inventory management and demand forecasting, preferably in commissary or supply chain of a food industry of FMCG. At least 3 years supervisory experience.
Training/License/Certification: Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP) is a plus. Experience with implementing supply chain management initiatives such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is plus.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge in all aspects of production planning, material and inventory management, planning and inventory control and warehousing.
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Knowledge in any supply chain system desired (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
