1. Manages the operations and sales functions of the branches in his/her assigned region/area and provides leadership towards the achievement of sales targets, maximum profitability, and growth in line.
2. Reconciles daily activities and generates necessary sales reports, stocks on hand, itinerary, and provides/submits the same to the Regional Sales Head, Assistant Store Operations Manager, and Operations Manager as applicable.

9. Makes recommendations for repairs, renovation, retrofitting, conversion of store from 2 brands to 4 brands and procurement of materials and supplies when the need arises.
10. Coordinates with the Warehouse for concerns regarding arrivals and deliveries of stocks, materials, and supplies.
11. Leads the mitigation of store losses and guides the staff in following the standard procedures in inventory management. Follow up the result and reconcile with the Inventory Department.
