• Bachelor of Science in Psychology or allied services.
• Must be a master's degree in Guidance and Counseling, Guidance Services, or an equivalent field
• Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) licensed by the PRC.

• Demonstrated ability to handle student concerns with empathy and professionalism.
