Program Summary
The primary objective of City of Dreams Manila's internship program is to assist the student intern in developing employer-valued skills such as teamwork, communications, work discipline and attention to detail, as well as to give them an opportunity and venue to apply and validate what they have learned from school. As such, a student intern shall be exposed to:
- The real work environment and performance expectations in order to enhance and/or expand both knowledge and skills;
- Professional role models or mentors who will provide support throughout the internship and exemplify expected behaviors in the workplace.
Primary Responsibilities
- Throughout the duration of the 400-hour internship program, the student intern's primary responsibility is to focus on assigned tasks and work diligently to complete them in a timely manner.
- Embedded in the training plan are activities/tasks that would help develop solid work ethics and professional demeanor, as well as awareness on social responsibilities.
