Technical Responsibilities

1. Assist in the full process of the project management cycle (initiation, planning, execution and implementation, supervision and control, and closing)

2. Participate in project supervisory meetings with internal and external team members, clients, and implementing partners to cover risks and implementation concerns.

3. Maintains project monitoring database/system (OPPM, project briefer, etc.)

Quality Assurance

1. Evaluates the effectiveness of engineering implemented against agreed targets and performance indicators.

2. Identifies nonconformities of the services and offers resolving deviations.

3. Performs bac survey work.

Field Data Gathering

1. Conducts project coordination activities with stakeholders (government, project affected persons/businesses, regulatory agencies, etc.)

2. Conducts field reconnaissance to identify potential challenges, risks, or opportunities related/might have impact to the project.

Modelling

1. Prepare/Assist in the design and development of engineering systems and solutions; contributes to the creation of engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

Report Writing

1. Prepare reports that is concise, coherent, and systematic outline / flow, has credible data sources and with description of data collection, utilize approach and methodology used in the study, has reference indicators and benchmarks (calibration, validation, etc.), has comprehensive discussion of results of analysis and modelling and recommendations based on the result of the study.

2. Ensure finalized report adhere to requirements of the TOR

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university, Master's Degree or equivalent; PRC licensed
• 6-8 years experience, with al least 3 years experience in supervisory position.

The Structural Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and developing structural systems for building and infrastructure projects. The role will ensure that all structural designs meet safety, quality, and compliance standards while utilizing Revit for modeling, coordination, and documentation.

The Structural Design Engineer (Revit) will be responsible for:

• Preparing structural analysis and design calculations for building and infrastructure projects.
• Developing accurate 3D structural models and drawings using Revit.
• Coordinating with architects, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders to integrate structural designs within multidisciplinary projects.
• Conducting design reviews, clash detection, and model coordination to resolve conflicts.
• Producing construction drawings, details, and schedules derived from BIM models.
