The Strategy and Innovations Director spearheads the data gathering, analysis, and ideation needed for the formulation of short, medium, and long-term strategies of the organization. Working with the management team, he/she ensures initiatives are properly aligned to allow for the goals to be met, and will ensure that both the content and spirit of the strategic plan are being implemented through continuous performance monitoring, analysis and recommendation.
