About the role
br>As a Store Supervisor at Anyone Can Cook Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail stores located in Metro Manila. This full-time position will see you leading a team of passionate retail associates, driving sales, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll be doing
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
Provide coaching, training, and feedback to retail associates to develop their skills and enhance the customer experience
Identify and implement strategies to drive sales, meet targets, and maximize store profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
Collaborate with the regional management team to identify opportunities for store improvements and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the business

What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in data analysis and inventory management to drive store performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and regional management
