- Must be able to work during weekends on rotations and flexible hours
- 5+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree related to information technology
- Strong automation/orchestration experience (Jenkins preferred)
- Strong knowledge with Linux administration (RedHat preferred)
- Proven experience with Python, Groovy, Perl, Bash, and PowerShell
- Working knowledge in GitHub and Jira
- Working knowledge in different types of RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Working knowledge of Windows administration.
- Strong customer service skills with previous HelpDesk experience
Nice to have:
- Experience with CloudBees CD/RO
- Proficiency in various Source Control Management systems (e.g., Git, AccuRev, ClearCase, SVN)
- Expertise in Kubernetes deployment and compute virtualization technologies such as VMWare

The resource will be performing Service Desk role for a global real estate services company during regular business hours. There will be fixed weekend off and no phone support during holidays for Japanese speaking countries
**Responsibilities**
+ Answer client calls requesting for Japanese TSC support
