What will you do?

The
Senior Design Engineer
will play a key technical role in project delivery, applying their expertise in civil design and modeling to develop high-quality solutions. This role involves designing roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services, water and sewer systems, and pavements, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and ANZ-based stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

• Prepare and review detailed civil design drawings, models, and documentation using

  and other relevant design tools.
• Develop and manage 3D models to support project execution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, surveyors, and planners, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure designs meet client specifications, ANZ standards or similar, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical reporting.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are achieved.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with ANZ-based stakeholders and clients for project updates and reviews.
• Stay updated with ANZ design standards, codes, and best practices.
• Support tender preparation, cost estimation, and technical proposals when required.

• Relevant tertiary Engineering qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of design experience with a background and interest in roads, carparks, earthworks, drainage, utility services designs, pavement design, and related civil infrastructure.
• Proven skills in design and documentation of civil infrastructure to ANZ standards or similar.
• Proficiency in industry design software, including 12d, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering design standards and practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, and self-motivation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a remote or multi-location team setting.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join the company dedicated to advancing energy storage technologies. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the new energy sector.

1. Responsible for collecting and analyzing information related to the planning of energy storage products in the local market, developing new projects, and promoting and selling corresponding technical products based on the product planning of customers and the company's technologies and products.

2. Responsible for organizing customer demands, promoting internal company projects and coordinating resources, effectively expanding market share;

3. Responsible for maintaining and developing new clients, formulating sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets;

4. Understand the sales strategies, price systems and other market information of competitors, and formulate corresponding competitive strategies;

5. Ensure smooth communication and coordination within and outside the department, and guarantee the smooth progress of sales activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in sales management of energy storage products.

2. Possessing solid capabilities and experience in developing sales channels in the field of new energy.

3. Clear logic, possessing excellent market analysis skills and communication coordination abilities;

4. English can be used as a working language;

Work Location: On the road

• A minimum of 3-5 years' proficiency and actual experience in backup administration, with familiarity with enterprise backup software such as Veritas NetBackup, Azure native, Windows native, or UNIX/Linux backup/archive tools, database and application backups, LAN-free solutions, disk-based, cloud blob-based and SaaS backups
• Proven experience within a large-scale data center environment, with UNIX/Linux, Windows, virtualized, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with tape libraries and disk hardware from IBM, Quantum, HP, etc.
• System administration experience, with knowledge of storage arrays and backup management solutions for operating systems like Microsoft Windows 2016/2019, VMware, UNIX/Linux.
• Understanding and actual experience with storage array administration, SAN, and NAS technologies, including Dell EMC and HP SAN/NAS products and technologies such as snapshot, clones and data replication.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in a regulated enterprise setting.
• Competence in scripting, automation, and monitoring tools for backup and storage such as DataDog, Ansible, Python.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
