Job Summary:
The Stocker is responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise in retail stores or warehouses. This role ensures that shelves are stocked, products are properly labeled and displayed, and the storage area is clean and organized. A stocker supports inventory accuracy and helps maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise.
Stock shelves, racks, and displays with new or transferred products.
Ensure merchandise is correctly labeled and priced.
Rotate products to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory practices.
Organize and clean stockrooms and sales floor areas.
Refill product displays and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to supervisors.
Assist in conducting regular inventory counts or cycle counts.
Handle and dispose of packaging materials and trash appropriately.
Provide basic customer assistance when needed.
Follow all safety, security, and company procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy items (often up to 50 lbs).
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment:
May involve working early mornings or late evenings.
Indoor environment, but may include occasional outdoor tasks (e.g., unloading trucks).

THE ROLE
As an Supplier and Stock Management Agent and a part of the APAC regional team that focuses on execution of regional processes and managing a set of our local depots and their respective local teams. You will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on availability of the fleet, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of your region.
You will have ownership on the execution of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, spanning from real estate expansion projects to day-to-day property management, guaranteeing health and safety norms are attained, from procuring a network of partners that .
Reporting directly to the APAC Regional Operations Director, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operation. You will need to coordinate your actions with your team members and local operations and your actions will have a direct impact on results.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to its evolution and adaptation to your region.
- Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
- Responsible for being the regional point of contact and on-going relationship with all local partners and suppliers that guarantee the daily execution of local operations, assessing if quality and throughput are according to the defined standards, namely real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, local cleaning service providers that assist our customers and our operation.
- Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for a smooth operation.
- Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operation to excel at their job and be compliant with health and safety standards.
- Procure and negotiate suppliers whenever required.
- Responsible for leading the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and negotiation and expanding the current supplier network.

- Background in Engineering, Business or similar education;
