Role Overview

The Materials Management (MM) Specialist will support and optimize end-to-end procurement, inventory management, and vendor management processes within the ERP (SAP or Odoo) environment. Key Responsibilities

• Support Procurement, Inventory Management, and Vendor Management processes.

• Ensure effective integration with Finance (FI), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

Position Summary:

The Manager – Materials Management (SIOP Focus) is responsible for leading the materials management function, with a strategic focus on driving the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process. This role ensures alignment of demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, material flow, and supplier performance to support production schedules, customer satisfaction, and company objectives. Key Responsibilities:

SIOP Leadership & Facilitation:

• Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the SIOP process, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Prepare SIOP reports, material status updates, and KPI dashboards for executive leadership.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 7+ years of progressive experience in materials management, production planning, or supply chain management.
• 3+ years of experience leading SIOP / S&OP processes in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and drive alignment.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
