THE ROLE
As an Supplier and Stock Management Agent and a part of the APAC regional team that focuses on execution of regional processes and managing a set of our local depots and their respective local teams. You will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on availability of the fleet, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of your region.
You will have ownership on the execution of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, spanning from real estate expansion projects to day-to-day property management, guaranteeing health and safety norms are attained, from procuring a network of partners that .
Reporting directly to the APAC Regional Operations Director, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operation. You will need to coordinate your actions with your team members and local operations and your actions will have a direct impact on results.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Be an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to its evolution and adaptation to your region.
- Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
- Responsible for being the regional point of contact and on-going relationship with all local partners and suppliers that guarantee the daily execution of local operations, assessing if quality and throughput are according to the defined standards, namely real estate, laundry services, gas suppliers, local cleaning service providers that assist our customers and our operation.
- Execute regional stock replenishment procedures required for a smooth operation.
- Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operation to excel at their job and be compliant with health and safety standards.
- Procure and negotiate suppliers whenever required.
- Responsible for leading the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and negotiation and expanding the current supplier network.
- Major contributor and responsible for achieving efficiency targets on your region.
