About the role

We are looking for individuals who, under the supervision of the warehouse supervisor, will be in charge of receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise, along with checking and recording the movement of stocks in the warehouse. Specifically, you will be doing the following:

Key responsibilities

• checks and records arrivals, stock transfers, pending orders and returns to suppliers
• checks if merchandise/items and other equipment are kept and secured in the designated area
• checks if merchandise is properly tagged before it is transferred to the selling area
• prepares stock requisitions for immediate replenishment to guarantee completeness of merchandise at the selling area
• re-checks stocks to be brought to different branches
• informs the Warehouse Supervisor regarding returns and damages of stock
• handles and performs periodic stock count in the warehouse according to set schedule

· Implement FIFO System for coded merchandise. Always consider expiration dates / code dates.

· Expiry report should be accomplish on a weekly basis.

· All near expiry items must be highlighted and display massively.

· Always coordinate with your supervisor on what to do with the near expiry items. Don't decide on your own.

· As a stocker it is your responsibility to monitor and inform your immediate superior low stock and over stock.

· Check items if needs to be replenished.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have at least 5 months relevant working experience as stock clerk handling food items.
• Knowledge in using PDT / SAP is an advantage
• Can multi-task and can work with flexible working schedule
• Can comply requirements on time and can start ASAP

About the role

The Stock Clerk joins the restaurant division of the company and assists them with warehouse and restaurant stock activities. They are mainly responsible for storing, issuing, controlling and accounting for food and beverage in the store room.

Key Responsibilities

• Receives all deliveries for the day and checks if they conform to quality standards
• Performs necessary actions to the items accordingly after properly checking for quality
• Checks order list form of food to be transferred to outlets concerned and dispatches them accordingly
• Conducts inventory of items
• Prepares necessary paperwork and monthly reports
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of any college programs (Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food Technology, and other related programs are preferred)
