The Product Development Specialist is responsible for leading the development and improvement of products in the LED lighting and construction materials category, including electrical wiring devices, plumbing, and other emerging product lines. This role involves advanced research, market analysis, supplier engagement, and cross-functional coordination to translate product ideas into commercially viable solutions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Conduct in-depth product research and benchmarking to identify gaps and innovation opportunities.

2.Lead the planning and execution of new product development initiatives from concept to launch.

3.Prepare and review technical specifications, product briefs, and feasibility studies.

4.Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure product quality and market fit.

6.Ensure that products comply with applicable standards and certifications (PNS, IEC, etc.) before launch.

Senior Engineer, Test Engineering – Product Development
Job Summary:
The Power Test Engineering team is seeking a Senior Test Development Engineer to independently develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for high-performance power products. This role requires a seasoned professional who is fully competent in their field, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision while driving technical excellence, cost optimization, and quality assurance in new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently execute complex test development activities, applying broad principles, theories, and concepts across test engineering and related disciplines.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and manufacturing teams to define and implement innovative ATE test methodologies.
• Leading troubleshooting, debugging, analysis, and resolving variant issues effectively.

Key Qualifications:

• In-depth expertise in electronics and circuit analysis, with a strong focus on power product testing.
