Job Description
The Head of PMCP, HR Reporting, Workforce Planning, and Job Profile Management will lead a global team delivering HR services across 70+ countries. This role will be responsible for overseeing the global execution of annual performance, compensation, and succession planning cycles, as well as reporting, job profile management, and workforce planning activities. Responsibilities include maintaining process compliance and coordinating with HR IT, Global Process Management, and HR CoEs. The role also leads team development, supports change initiatives, and ensures alignment with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Lead the global Performance Management and Compensation Planning, HR Reporting, Job Profile Management, and Workforce Planning team.
- Oversee execution of annual PMCP and Succession Planning cycles.
- Ensure process compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Global Process Management, HR IT, and HR CoEs.
- Manage global reporting requests and maintain reporting tools. Promote self-service reporting and support standardized report development.
- Validate data integrity and support reporting issue resolution.
- Provide support for Workforce Planning and Job profile management escalations.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop team members aligned with GBS strategy.
- Lead team discussions and represent the team in stakeholder meetings.
- Manage resource planning and assignment of work to ensure all requests are processed in a timely manner.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with 3 to 4 years of experience in people management.
- Proven leadership experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management and Compensation Planning and HR Reporting.
- Preferably with SuccessFactors experience.
- International experience and fluency in English.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Experience working across geographies and business units.

Management Analysts are expected to engage in several high-level types of work analysis, such as:
+ Performance Management - define and govern KPIs and targets; establish control limits (UCL/LCL) and SPC dashboards; run cadence reviews with Directors, trigger runbooks on signals, and track corrective-action impact
+ Data Analytics - perform deep-dive diagnostics (segmentation, cohort/funnel, variance), apply statistical methods (correlation, regression, ANOVA), and translate findings into actionable recommendations and dashboard specifications

**Responsibilities**
+ Perform deep dives and analytics on diverse datasets; frame hypotheses, explore drivers, and size impact
+ Apply statistical methods: correlation/partial correlation, linear/logistic regression, ANOVA/ANCOVA; synthesize findings into clear recommendations
+ Implement SPC/control charts for priority KPIs: define baselines, calculate and maintain UCL/LCL, distinguish special vs. common cause, and trigger runbooks/alerts
+ Conduct operational monitoring and anomaly detection; perform variance, trend, cohort, and segmentation analyses
+ Facilitate analytics discussions with stakeholders; translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights
+ Partner as needed on budgeting, forecasting, expenditure planning, and financial modeling to support decisions
+ Report on operational/financial performance and prepare materials for regular leadership reviews.

**Qualifications**
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced lookup/indexing, array/dynamic array formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot) and proficiency with the Data Analysis ToolPak (regression, ANOVA, t-tests, correlation, descriptive statistics) is required
+ Proficiency in MS Office Tool Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
