About The Role

The Power Solutions Group is looking for a Senior Engineer working in a fast-paced role involving using ADI's product portfolio of high-performance power products to solve engineering challenges in the industry by developing system-level solutions and reference for a wide variety of applications.
Strong circuit fundamentals, power supply design experience, and troubleshooting ability will be essential. The
Senior Engineer (P3)
is responsible for the design evaluation and development of bench test and measurement solutions for new products within the Precision Signal Chain Business Unit. This role involves close collaboration with Design, Applications, and Test team in the design and execution of bench test and measurement solutions to ensure that the target performance of new products is achieved upon release to market.
The engineer is expected to demonstrate strong technical competence in the precision and mixed-signal measurement, as well as in the design of test and characterization circuits for signal chain products, typically involving analog-to-digital or digital-to-analog conversion.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of product performance data, directly supporting the successful launch of Precision uModule and Converter products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the measurement and characterization plan, working closely with the design, applications, and test team.
- Design bench circuits and hardware solutions.
- Develop automated bench measurement software using LabView GUI or syntax-based programming like C#.
- Debug bench measurement solution and implement modifications or enhancements when needed.

JOB SUMMARY
The Engineering Design Manager is responsible in ensuring and implementing Engineering Design Management of the following:
• Civil and Structural Engineering Works (For Civil and Structural Engineering Design Manager)
• Plumbing and Sanitary Engineering Works (For Plumbing & Sanitary Engineering Design Manager)
• Mechanical Engineering Works & Fire Protection Works (For Mechanical & Fire Protection Engineering Design Manager)
• Electrical Engineering Works (For Electrical Engineering Design Manager) from schematic stage (SS), design development stage (DDS), bidding stage and for construction stage (FCS) of the project in accordance with the required design handover schedules, completeness of plans and use of accepted value engineering (VE) practices. Reports to: Engineering Design Assistant Vice President Supervises: Engineering Design Assistant Manager (For MEPFS &CS)
JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review MEPFS & CS designs (by corresponding Engineering Design Manager) coming from external design consultants and evaluate design changes propose by project stakeholders involved in the project prior to project implementation.
Participate on meetings and discussions in identifying potential value engineering and cost saving items prior to implementation of the projects.
Review and evaluate design parameters proposed by the external design consultants.
Review the MEPFS & CS designs and layouts (by corresponding Engineering Design Manager), systems and other engineering drawings, reports and specifications submitted by the external design consultants at each stage of the Design Management Stage to ensure adequacy, accuracy and compliance to applicable codes and legal requirements as specified in the scope of work and contract agreement.
Closely monitor the timelines of deliverables of the external design consultants.
Provide assistance to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) teams in ensuring the quality of workmanship of trade contractors (MEPFS &CS).
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering (for Civil & Structural Design Manager), Electrical Engineering (for Electrical Design Manager), Sanitary Engineering (for Plumbing & Sanitary Design Manager) and Mechanical Engineering (for Mechanical & Fire Protection Design Manager) from a reputable college or university
Board exam passer with a valid PRC license
Preferably with at least five (5) years of work experience as Design Manager from a reputable property developer, real estate, contractor or consulting firm
Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
Support diverse and inclusive work environment

Suggests and implements workflow improvements and digital forms; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
Skilled in creating single line diagrams, riser diagrams, shop drawings, and interpreting design specs, wiring layouts, and as-built plans.

- Manage IT initiatives end-to-end, ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, schedule, and
business objectives.
- Provide governance, oversight, and visibility across both system integrator–led projects and
in-house Safe delivery.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans, track dependencies, and monitor execution
across global teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of IT project management experience across large-scale or global initiatives.
- Experience managing system integrators and vendor deliverables.
- Strong understanding of SAFe and agile delivery, with ability to bridge into enterprise-level governance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies in complex IT
environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.
- Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).
