Job Objective:

The Quality Control Analyst – Microbiologist role is responsible for executing the Quality Control compliance roles in line with overall CQA strategic plans aiming to position the company as market leader for current industries or possible new business expansion. The role is responsible on maintaining compliance of the Quality Control Section in accordance to corresponding regulatory requirements and ISO standards.

This role should work closely with Business Unit to assure customer product expectations are translated to Quality and Food Safety specifications. The role should be able to link latest trends and best practices with business intelligence to establish a culture that will support a culture of quality control excellence.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plans quality assurance compliance calendar in support with overall company's vision.
• Executes CQA compliance calendar and process excellence.
• Reviews and analyzes results and testing performed and correlate needed actions based on applicable guidelines, work instructions, analytical procedure and laboratory manual.
• Conforms with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Work Experience:

• At least 1-year experience as a Quality Control in a manufacturing environment or testing laboratories.
• With at least 1-year experience in any ISO Standards as presented:
• Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
• Food Management System (ISO 22000)
• Laboratory Management System (ISO 17025)

Skills/Certifications Required:

• Licensed Chemist / Licensed Chemical Technician / Licensed Microbiologist

Work Schedule:

• Willing to work in shifting schedule

What you will do:

• Perform visual inspections of finished products.
• Receive and inspect raw materials.
• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
