  • Provide training to the Credit Support Specialist team, partner with Managers on new initiatives and system enhancements to include procedure updates, communications, and post implementation monitoring, oversee daily production and inventory as well as conduct quality monitoring
  • Provide ongoing coaching and assistance to Credit Support Specialists (I, II & Sr.) on a daily basis.
  • Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data, perform analysis of Financial Statements and complete spreading as per the guidelines
  • Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines, interpret data, analyze results using bank's operating systems
  • Act as an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
  • Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
  • Generate and publish daily reports

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis and Loan Operations
  • Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levels
