**Job Summary**:
You will
**prepare, analyze and distribute financial reports** across the business and support the FP&A Manager with
**budgeting & forecasting **as well as
** financial modeling. **Analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to be able to discern a clear understanding of the information given and that all data and information is presented accurately.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Maintain, prepare and distribute** business performance reports on a monthly and weekly basis including: S_ales, Income, Capex, Invoice Revenue, Inventory, SPIF, WEEE, and KPIs._
- **Develop **and maintain new business performance reports as required by the business and, once developed, maintain, prepare and distribute the reports on an agreed timetable
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process
- Maintain and update the finance timetable and finance issues list for areas of responsibility
- Update and maintain related process documentation
- Ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities as required by management and any other duties and responsibilities assigned or delegated to you from time to time that is within your skills, qualifications, and competencies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong proven experience in a similar position
- Ability to build, maintain and improve finance reports
- Experience using an **ERP accounting system** _(_**_NetSuite _**_preferred)_
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in Outlook and Word
- Able to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Must work well in a team environment, be highly self-motivated and resilient
- _ Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least _**_25 Mbps_**_ bandwidth _

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial statements are prepared on a cyclical basis (for example quarterly, semi annual, or annually) depending on the request of the client in accordance with regulatory guidelines in the home country (for example HK, Singapore, Cayman Islands, BVI, UK, Ireland, Luxembourg and U.S). Once the financial statement is prepared, the jobholder will analyze and research for any discrepancies before sending it to the requesting office/entity for review.
- The analyst will correct any discrepancies/issues identified and communicated by the requesting office/entity before closure. Due to the cyclical nature of the activities, it is anticipated that there will be peak periods of work and the job holder may be required to undertake additional working hours to ensure tasks are completed to the appropriate deadlines.

**Ideal experiences and competencies**:

- At least 1 -2 yearsof experience in the preparation of financial statementsand explanatory notes.
- Experience with mutual funds, hedge funds and/or fund of hedge fund clients will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of regulations and guidelines for IFRS and US GAAP.
- Accounting graduate is a must.
