Key Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies
Schedule testing activities, and prepare test effort estimations.
Collaborate with Software Development Team to develop effective strategies and test plans
Check if the team has all the necessary resources to execute the testing activities.

Lead process improvement projects to reduce test times, integrate new tools and manage key tasks
Manage Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) to build team and enhance PLC (Product Life-cycle) & SDLC (Software Development Life-cycle) adherence
Mitigate QA risks including escalation to senior management, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure testing quality
Introduce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality in employee performance plans
Plan and coordinate the resources needed to implement new test strategies (Agile Scrum, Sanity Suite Regression, etc.), resulting in the development of best practice models
Perform resource and project trade off analysis to meet schedule, language, product life-cycle (PLC)/Software Dev Life-cycle (SDLC) and QA requirements.
Develop plans for individual career plans including performance reviews, succession planning, hiring, and training
Supervise and coach junior testers
Perform extra task such as business analysis and suggests and implements improvements on the software testing process in line with the software development process practiced
Determine and advise which tests should be automated at which layer
