**Responsibilities**:
RMR is responsible for prevention, detection and minimizing harmful effect of fraudulent activities.
**Daily Tasks**
- Assist other departments with regards to fraud related queries.
- Phone calls to players (verifications, follow-up etc.)
- Handle payment adjustments (returns/reverses)
- Chat assistance to internal and external parties for fraud concerns
- Daily briefs / updates
- Risk management related decisions (cash out approval, account sanctioning, deposits privileges and limitations)
- Retrieving data from the admins and compilation of reports when requested by management
**Job Specific Requirements**:
To prevent fraudulent activities, a CSR is required to:
- Thoroughly understand nature of online transactions, possible vulnerabilities, and up-to-date measures of prevention;
- Be fully familiar with the Company’s product;
- Understand the structure of the Company, role of the third parties involved in the operations, and interactions between them;
- Cooperate with the third parties (iPoker, licensees, language support teams etc.) in fraud prevention and detection
- Help in development and maintenance of the Company’s knowledge base;
- Share the knowledge within the department;
- Assist and educate other departments in fraud-related issues
To detect fraudulent activities, an Anti-Fraud Agent is required to:
- Have perfect knowledge of the system (admin), access and retrieve needed information promptly;
- Analyze cases and make decision in real-time situations;
- Effectively use tools available in the Internet;
- Be analytical and careful to details while communicating with the customers.
To minimize harmful effect of fraudulent activities, Anti-Fraud Agent is required to:
- Prevent detected fraudsters from further access;
- React quickly and notify all concerned parties when fraud is detected;
- Assist management in handling fraud consequences
**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,500.00 per month
