We're looking for a Procurement Sourcing Support Senior Analyst to join our Procurement COE team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to support global sourcing and contracting events in the low impact stream of Manulife's indirect spend categories including but not limited to, Marketing, Real Estate, IT, (either or all of Hardware, Software, SaaS, Telecom) HR, Office Supplies, Business Print and Professional Services.

+ Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality of goods and services.
+ Assess and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
+ Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations.

+ Complete the contract header creation up to contract signed status.
+ Contract Review: Conduct contract reviews for stable deals only up to USD50K threshold when the PO lite contract is not accepted by the vendor.
+ Conduct negotiations if deemed necessary.
+ Collaborate with the BU and onshore partners whenever necessary to address issues and concerns.
