Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant

• Attend to all personal and business needs of the CEO & President
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders.

As a Branch Manager

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for a Spa & Recreation Manager. The Spa & Recreation Manager will oversee the daily operations of the spa and recreational services. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating therapeutic recreation activities, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The role also involves handling guest communications and maintaining an inviting and relaxing environment.
