Position Title: Sourcing & Branding Specialist

Work Set Up: Onsite

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga


Quick Rundown:

Detail-oriented and proactive Sourcing & Branding Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving our candidate sourcing and brand visibility efforts through social media posting, resume sourcing, and targeted market research.


What You'll Do:

  • Social Media Posting: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms to promote job openings and company updates

  • Resume Sourcing: Search job boards, databases, and professional networks to identify qualified candidates for open positions

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and potential candidate pools to support recruitment and marketing strategies


What Were Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Ability to search, review, and filter resumes effectively

  • Research skills with attention to detail and accuracy
