About this position:

  • Manage a team of Volume and Specialized Sourcing Specialists and develop a program that continues to strengthen and grow the teams' skills in sourcing and project management
  • Identify techniques and tools that will help optimize Sourcing Team's productivity
  • Solicit feedback from Sourcing operations and recruitment partners on the quality of leads being generated; adjust leads generation approach accordingly
  • Prepare reports that include but are not limited to: channel performance, quality of leads, talent pipeline availability, cost-benefit analysis, etc.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance growth of Probe Group.

Job Description

Your goal:

To lead the talent sourcing team in driving performance and productivity governance. Ensure sufficient volume and quality of candidate pipeline for assigned account or business unit.

What will you be doing?

  1. Design, build and establish results-oriented sourcing activities both virtual and in-person to drive applications from qualified candidates at the right time for hiring requirements of assigned site
  2. Manage overall Sourcing operations for assigned site including governance of productivity, data tracking, results monitoring, reporting, analysis, and insights encompassing assigned scope
  3. Provide direction and guidance to the team, ensuring that target applications and hires are met based on committed sourcing plan and budget
  4. Ensure the team is able to plan and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives that deliver results and are within estimated cost-per-hire
  5. Create sourcing plan and budget proposal on a monthly basis based on hiring plan
  6. Collaborate with internal and external partners such as recruitment operations, service delivery, procurement and vendors on project and initiatives related to delivering on hiring needs
  7. Implement process improvement through root-cause analysis to improve operational efficiency and hiring capabilities for hiring programs within assigned site
  8. Perform Ad-Hoc tasks and duties related to the role that may arise due to business need

You are a good fit if you:

  1. Have at least 5 years of experience in talent sourcing for volume and specialty account roles, preferably in BPO industry
  2. Are experienced hiring for both volume and specialized / niche hiring requirements in BPO industry
  3. Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (data synthesis and analysis)
  4. Have strong presentation skills in terms of articulating storyline and building effective Powerpoint presentations with compelling data visualization
  5. Have strong track record in project management, planning, and implementation
  6. Are a master in planning, executing, and evaluating talent sourcing & recruitment marketing activities (in-person or virtual)
  7. Are strategic and have an innovative mindset, with a high ability to focus, and have a high sense of urgency in delivering results
  8. Are entrepreneurial, resilient and tenacious - able to lead a team in challenging and dire situations
  9. Are willing to work onsite
