Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Track market intelligence requests on a daily basis and ensure all requests are closed within 24-36 hours; distribute requests to vertical leaders if requests exceed the daily capacity
- Conduct labour market research to develop intelligence on functional roles; provide recommendations on salary and hiring timelines based on competitive market study; provide in-depth market insights that aid stakeholders identify the marketability of roles in the PH
- Leverage market knowledge, partner with Sourcing Channel and Operations Manager to create sourcing and outreach strategies to attract talent (e.g. possible expansion sites, new technologies that are in high-demand, new competitors, competitors who are actively hiring certain roles, etc.)
